As you know, the WCG scheduled tournaments are divided into several types of "events", of which the most important are the Main Event tourneys, with cash prizes to win. But here's a complete schedule to cut it short:
http://www.worldgamecup.com/img/plannin ... _event.jpgWe strongly suggest you pre-register on the website for the Main Event tournaments. Especially for the SFIV, SCIV & KOF 2002 UM tourneys, as registering on the spot will be more expensive.
Please note that the cash prize pool will depend on the number of registered players.
From Wednersday on, you will also be able to enter "side events". These tournaments have the same rules, but no cash prize. But don't fret, there will be surprises to win!
No need to pre-register for these events.
http://www.worldgamecup.com/img/plannin ... _event.jpgPlease don't forget our special events (see website for more details).
The SCIV World Team Cup is restricted to national teams, but it will surely be the highpoint of the show on Saturday afternoon.
On the other hand, starting Wednesday, everybody will be able compete in the SFIV Master Series, which will last several days. Master Series tournaments are independent from the Main Event tourneys.
Finally, please think to read the general rules on this website, and don't forget that each game has specific rules & regulations.
It won't be possible to register outside of the dedicated "registration" time slots. Please be careful & remember those.
The Main Stage isn't the only attraction, there is second stage in the competition area where will be played the most important matches of the day. These matches will be commented too.
NOTE :
These Schedules don't contain all the tournaments organized during the weekend. Our partner, Versus Dojo will be organizing tournaments of their own on arcade cabinets. More about this soon.
