Matches in first to 2 rounds format


Attention: Please note that this event is part of the BlazBlue League Tour organized by Games-Fed for the Official European Release of the game. The winner of this Main Event tourney will win a prize (video game related goodies) and a spot in the French national finals.

There is NO cash prize for the Main Event BlazBlue Tournament, but there is NO entry fee.

Date and Time:

Friday March 5th 2010

– 2.30 PM - 4.30 PM
Qualification pools then single elimination until the semifinals (Best 4):
- 2 winning match during matches in pools
- 16 pools of 4 players
- 2 qualifiers per pools


– 4.30 PM - 6 PM
Semifinals (Best 4) and up on main stage.
- 2 winning matches for each bout during the semis.
- 3 winning matches for the finals.

General rules of BlazBlue Tournament:

- The whole tournament is set to be played under the "2 winning matches for each bout" rule, and in single elimination.
- One can choose his/her character freely. The only restriction being that the "unlimited" characters are forbidden.
- The loser of a match can change his/her character, the winner can't.
- Side decided at random
- Default time settings
- Default energy settings
- Button configuration allowed.
- Pad or Stick allowed, adapters allowed.
- Shortcuts forbidden to stick users, but allowed to pad users.
- Hitting start during a game results in the loss of the round, except if both players agree.
