In addition to its stellar official competition, The World Game Cup also is a place to see spectacular shows:

- The Soulcalibur IV World Team Cup, an international competition where 8 of the best national "dream" teams will fight for the most sought-after title of them all: the game's World's Best Team.
After losing to the USA in the finals in 2004, Team France really wants to win the World Cup!

- The Street Fighter IV Master Series, where the best students of the game will oppose each other in a fight to the finish.

SPECIAL GUESTS

- Japanese player Daigo Umehara: THE Fighting Game Legend! At Street Fighter IV, he gained the upper hand in the summit meeting opposing him to the US and Korean champions, then, he won the title belt last summer in the biggest tournament of 2009, The EVO, in Las Vegas.

He will be accompanied by a Japanese delegation, with their aim dead set on winning it all.

- Soulcalibur IV's Team USA: After letting a French player take the crown in the Soulcalibur IV EVO tournament. Uncle Sam sends us one of the best teams ever constituted for this game, with: Thugish Pond, The National Champion; RTD, the player many consider to be the best in the world; or KDZ, last EVO's unlucky finalist.
To face this dream team, the French prepared a dream team of their own with no reason to be jealous of anyone...

For the fist time in Europe, the best players in the world will square off in a single place.

Will you dare face them ?

The access to the competition area and to the various stages is free. Only the tournament registrations are subject to a fee.

This year, the players will be able to win the hefty sum of 10.000 €!*
